Josie and Whisper made our sandwiches perfectly. These were fresh and hot. We haven’t been here in years due to bad management but decided to come back since new management. Josie and Whisper are a breath of fresh air to Firehouse.

Getting food from the Hixson firehouse subs has always been a great experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Service was good, sandwich was reasonable, but not great. Small sandwich is 4” ?? When paying for order you get asked "do you want to round up for first responders?" I guess you’re being hit up for a donation to a charity? While I’m absolutely supportive of reputable and impactful charities, I don’t like being spontaneously hit up for a charity I know absolutely nothing about and when paying for my sandwich. Then of course next are the tipping options on the...
