Food was ok. Tasty, but poached eggs were overcooked, breakfast potatoes were not hot or crispy, bleu cheese dressing tasted off-the-shelf. Service was great, but we probably won’t be back.

Went to the Easter brunch. Some items were excellent while others were a bit on the dry side. The desserts suffered from poor temp control.

The food here is great! We loved everything we had. Especially the appetizers. The only issue is that the service was pretty bad. They were clearly incredibly understaffed and the customers could feel the bad morale from the whole staff. These things are always indicative of poor management. This would be a must-go spot if the service could match the food.

Great place to grab some lunch. Friendly staff and good food with a tasty and well priced kids menu for just 6$ for any kids meal. We got the Calamari and Smash burgers and loved both. The Fried Calamari comes mixed in with Fried banana peppers which I’ve never had prepared that way before but was very delicious.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and patient with our 4 children under 10 and 2 of them under 2. Our 1 year old spilled her drink and they were so kind to help us feel that it wasn’t a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair elevator.

From the time we sat down till the time we got our food, it took over an hour. There were seven people in our party, so gratuity was included. (I believe that had an effect on how we were served). The server was in no hurry to take care of us. First of all, my daughter and husband ordered an appetizer we were beginning to wander if they forgot it. When it finally came, you could tell it had been setting a while. When our food finally arrived, one person in our party had to get the server to get another order because hers was too cold to eat. My other daughter had ordered nachos nachos, and you could tell they had set a long time because they were soggy. Most of the food was luke warm but we ate it because we were starved. My son in law ask for ketchup twice and finally gave up.One person asked for an extra plate to mix up her food, but by the time she got it, she had to go ahead and eat it without mixing together because it took so long.I believe it was because gratuity was included, so the server was not in any hurry to take care of us.If you go there I don't recommend that you have a party of more than two. Also, I noticed two other tables were seated after us, but they got their food before us.In my opinion, for what I paid, I would expect better service.

Really good selection of food, nice atmosphere, lots of room. Neat old building that has been renovated, lots of parking in back, they take reservations, outdoor seating & nice bar.

My friend talked me into visiting, highly recommend booking a reservation as they get slammed quickly. Their truffle fries were delicious, I didn't opt for their mimosas but my friend ordered a champbull and seemed to enjoy it. The staff was super friendly, the dessert was yummy. Highly recommend.

Great place to go after work for some good food and good drinks. It was a place that seemed welcoming. Not upscale, but casual dining.

Our group of eight this morning was more than a bit disappointed because it was so much less wonderful than for our past visits there. It was a busy time of day, so make allowance for that, check. We were a fairly large group, allow for that, check. It still seems that some consolation should have been offered for the very visible curly black hair perched on top of one of our groups egg dish, or maybe for the fact that my wife didn't receive her meal until about half our group had all but finished (one of their waffle makers was broken, we were told). Food works has long been a favorite of ours but today took the shine off, we told them and they basically said, have a nice day! Might be a while before we go back.

We had a group of eight that met for Sunday brunch—our experience was more than a bit disappointing because it was so much less wonderful than our past visits. It was a busy time of day, so we understood that. It still seems that some consolation should have been offered for the very visible curly black hair perched on top of one of our group's egg dish, or maybe for the fact that I didn't receive my meal until about half our group had all but finished (one of their waffle makers was broken, we were told after we tracked down another server). No manager stopped by to inquire about our meal or experience. Food works has long been a favorite of ours but today took the shine off, we told our server and they basically said, have a nice day! Might be a while before we go back. Disappointed to say the least.

This is a great place for brunch, lunch or dinner. Cool old building repurposed into a restaurant. Some great cocktails, good beer selection and something on the menu for most anyone. One of my favorite chattanooga brunch spots!

The food was good but the service was not very good. I was uncharged $6 when I was told there would be no charge for a biscuit substitution. I was very unhappy after my meal when I was told that I had to pay full price for a substitution when the waitress said it would not be.
