Food Works Reviews
What a wonderful experience! Megan went above and beyond helping me plan my son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. Living out of state, I was concerned about getting everything taken care of , but Megan quickly set my mind at ease and went out of her way to make everything stress-free and perfect for us. The food was delicious and plentiful. Everyone raved over the menu and the staff were very courteous and professional.
I highly recommend Food Works!
Headed here for a late lunch. Now we know they have closed since our visit, and it all makes more sense. The staff seemed to be ambling about, meh service. Our meal was fine, but while my husband's was a large portion, my salad was small for a full-size salad. Pretty building.
Great place for a burger and cocktail in a nice old building.
Food Works, a downtown Chattanooga staple for nearly two decades, has unfortunately closed its doors. Despite its closure, the restaurant leaves behind a legacy of serving fine meals and hosting various events. The building itself is pretty, and the atmosphere is terrific. The menu offers a range of options, including large portions and salads. The staff, including outstanding waitresses, provided good service. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a motorized lift. Although it's sad to see it go, Food Works will be remembered for its excellence and contribution to Chattanooga's culinary scene.
