Food was lukewarm and rice was almost room temp. Ate there on an early Saturday night but food tasted like it was cooked earlier and just reheated before serving. We have loved Formosa in the past and it was our go-to for Chinese. The wonton chips were chewy instead of crisp, like they had been sitting out a while. The fortune cookie was so stale and rubbery it couldn't even be snapped open. I don't know what has happened to Formosa but it has surely changed.

This place is a joke! When you order don’t think you are going to get what you asked for. You get what they give you. Terrible customer service when you call them out on it as well.
