We love their ice cream, haven't been in a few months so took my teenager for milkshakes in the drive thru. My daughter's was fine, but my chocolate shake was like chocolate milk, there's no way they put much ice cream in it at all. We were already on the road when I realized or I would have gone in. They didn't give me a receipt and I didn't ask for one, wish I had so I could complain directly. I could have gotten a thick shake from the Krystal down the road for half the price, that's where we will go next time
