“If you want an authentic Greek experience in Chattanooga, you HAVE to go to Opa!! Michael, the owner, makes the whole night so much fun. You’re served whatever he cooked that day based on what’s in season and what he feels like making, which honestly makes it even better!
The food is phenomenal, the service is amazing, and they serve the best iced tea plus unlimited wine from Michael’s village in Greece. Then at the end, there’s always a party whether it is smashing plates, throwing napkins or popping champagne… it’s such a fun experience!!
Perfect for a birthday, celebration or just a night when you want to do something different. We love Opa!!“

“We ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on ambiance. However, the food was excellent and the portions generous. I had the eggplant parmigiana. There were layers of thinly sliced eggplant lightly breaded and so tender. Some of the best I’ve had. Husband had the gyro which was seasoned really well. Would definitely recommend.“

“We love this restuarant and it’s our go-to place for every milestone moments but this review is about a bad experience we had today with our lunch order. We ordered a take out for my husband’s birthday and when we came back home we found one entree is missing. On calling back the restaurant , we explained in details what’s missing and requested them to keep the item ready as we wanted to eat together as a family before everything becomes cold. However when my husband reached the restaurant he was told that they didn’t believe us and then the server went to talk to the chef. After that she was convinced that the issue was on their side and took another 20 mins to give the food. This is outrageous and honestly feels borderline racist. She could’ve checked with the chef before we went back. We love this restaurant but this has left a very bad impression on us“
