I had an issue with an order over the weekend. Come Monday I went to the store and explained my issues. The manager was totally understanding and helped with my order. One of the best customer service related manager. Food was great!

I went thru drive thru. I was asked twice for my order. I got to window, they only had part of order. I repeated what I ordered. I paid them for everything. I was told to pull up and wait which I did. I waited and waited, no one came out . After a while I pulled around and parked an went inside. They didn't act like they knew what I was talking about. I finally asked for a refund. They wanted to see a receipt. You don't get a receipt till you get your food which I never...
