My wife and I searched Google maps for Local Chinese food in East Brainerd. The hibachi express came up in the results and we decided to go. It is located in a small plaza at the corner of E. Brainerd Rd. and gunbarrel Road. We both ordered hibachi chicken and shrimp plates and they were a little over $15 apiece. Our total meal which is the two plates came out to $30 and change.

Before Covid I ordered lunch from here and they highly disappointed me. Today I decided to give them another chance and it actually did not disappoint. The LEO style hibachi is full of flavor- I have found the regular hibachi is not. The chicken was very good and super fresh. My only complaint is the rice could’ve been slightly more cooked but I like to re cook my hibachi in a wok at home so I can hardly complain about that. Over all Leo style hibachi 9/10! Mia and Leo are so kind and friendly. They are so fast and the food has been amazing every time. We especially have loved the Leo Style hibachi and the Bourbon Chicken. The Crab Rangoon is also delicious.
