Quick dinner while I was downtown Chattanooga. No complaints cold and rainy outside but the margaritas were good and food was spicy.

We walked in and got seated and then were ignored for about 5 minutes. We talked about leaving a couple of times, but gave it a few more minutes. One of the servers, Lea, noticed us and asked if we had been helped. We told her no, we were seated, promised menus and then left to ourselves. She sincerely apologized and quickly brought us menus and took great care of us turning a very poor experience into a most positive one.

Wings are huge and were not cooked all the way through and my fries were not separate from my wings so they were covered in sauce.

We had an exceptional time Saturday evening with our group. There were 31 adults and 2 children, service was extraordinary!!! Dominique is an OUTSTANDING worker! John, the manager, checked on us a couple of times, but we had no issues!!! Drinks were served continuously, food orders came out of the kitchen at a fast pace! We were very impressed by the professionalism and service we received at Chili's. Since 'Covid' the bigger 'name' restaurant's do not want large groups, unless you are willing to rent a room, etc.... Chili's took us and did such a great job!! Thanks for everything!! Our group will definitely be back next year!
Chilies has been a mainstay in downtown Chattanooga for over 20 years. It’s sad to see this place become so below average. I think they know the writing is on the wall. Don’t be surprised if you see it follow the former Applebees out the door. The service is slow…no one seems to really care. The food is just average. Time to move on.

We actually didn't eat here. This is more for adults, so we took the kids elsewhere. This is a sandwich place. However, the waitress was great.
