Today is my birthday so I went around at different restaurants and got my birthday freebies . I walked inside and asked them if they honor it The lady said yes she thinks so that there's a button for it . No information telling me how to download the app or what to do . when it was all said and done I guess I was supposed to download the app . Which I did not I feel like customer service could have been a little bit more detailed and telling me which app to download or how...
Service at this location is definitely not on par. Staff behaves unprofessionally and seemed more focused on each other than patrons. Bread here is also always over baked compared to other locations. Grill was dirty and caused subs to have an odd taste. I’ll probably drive to Battlefield next time. It’s a shame too because I thought it would be nice to have a closer one.
I ordered 4 sandwiches 2 giants 2 regulars. Mine were great. But my friends order was wrong and it was fixed wrong, then trainer delivered sandwiches to office and they still had mayonaise so employees need to pay attention. I understand it's a new store but can't run a business messing orders up twice in one day.
