Had a Portobello beef sub in Columbia Tennessee and it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time went to my local Jersey Mike's order the same sandwich and it sucked so I guess they make them different at different Jersey Mike's you would think they would have the same recipe at every store

Menu price for regular roast beef is $9.75. I was charged $10.45 (before tax). I inquired about it and the staff member was like, "I don't know," and moved on to the next customer.

Also, they were making two orders behind me concurrent to mine, me having been waiting patiently, very much increasing the amount of time I have to spend in the store.

Lastly, portion size was supremely unimpressive.

I won't return.

I waited 41 minutes for an online order. Literally watched 20+ customers walk in, order and leave with their food while my kids waited hungry. No apology, no nothing. The employee dropped the bag as she walked away. Communicate with your customers and just let them know when something happens.

I showed up today with an outdated gift card I had found in my house hoping to see if I could get dinner because I haven't had a proper meal in a few days. The company website wasn't able to give me a balance so I wasn't even sure if there was anything on it. Heather the cashier was patient enough to try multiple methods to recover the balance and eventually was forced to type in all the numbers by hand, but the value was recovered and I was able to buy food. I am sorry I could not tip as I haven't been paid in several days but Heather and the other person who's name I didn't catch but had brown hair tied back, the two of them secured my survival for the day without any sort of awful vibe and I felt very grateful for their work

Great subs, but they don’t make your subs ahead of time like the app says. I placed an order that was supposed to be ready by 1:36. I arrived, and stood to the side, and waited for someone to acknowledge me which didn’t happen. I had to finally speak up at 1:48, and my sub wasn’t ready at 1:48 so I gave up and got in the regular line, at which point I was served at 1:52, and saw my receipt next to a load of bread. Also, it’s always too hot in there.
