Josie is the best! I loved Jersey Mike’s all throughout my pregnancy and got to know the staff during the time we spent there. We’ve loved getting to show off our newborn and building a relationship with the staff. We will drive out of the way always just to see Josie and the team❤️

Soooo dirty! Absolutely filthy store. All tables and chairs dirty. Bathrooms filthy with no towels or working air dryers. We were the only customers in the store. 3 people that I could see on the clock. One standing around doing nothing while the other 2 made my order and checked me out. The one watching SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANING! Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the sandwich was ok. They got my bread wrong but meats, etc correct. Will not return to that nasty place again. Jersey Mike’s corporate would be very upset to have their name associated with this location.

Every day is a 15-20 min wait. Not sure what’s going on but they are incredibly slow now. It’s an everyday thing.

Ally is absolutely amazing! Every time I come in, she greets me with such a warm smile and makes me feel welcome. She’s always so friendly, quick, and professional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. My order is always perfect when she makes it, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. Ally is the kind of person that makes you want to keep coming back—Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have her!

If you aren't going to accept bills larger than $20s, put up a sign.

The lady that checked me out was a so rude and need to be fired. Throwing sauces at me and rolling her eyes and made me put my own food in the bag. FIRE HER

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s sub. I had a wonderful experience today at the Gunbarrel location. Drew, Asia and Amy were amazing. Great service, Great food.

I’ve been craving a tuna sub and I decided last minute. I arrived 10mins to closing, Alley and Drew were very friendly and took the time to make my sandwich while cleaning. The sandwich was delicious of course and I’ve decided to make it my weekly purchase because it’s that good.

I’m actually headed back now!

I regularly have a positive experience at this Jersey Mike’s location! They are clean, professional, and positive. This week Ally made my sandwich and carried on a conversation, asking how my day was going, and overall carrying a positive attitude. I will continue to order here!
