I showed up today with an outdated gift card I had found in my house hoping to see if I could get dinner because I haven't had a proper meal in a few days. The company website wasn't able to give me a balance so I wasn't even sure if there was anything on it. Great subs, but they don’t make your subs ahead of time like the app says. I placed an order that was supposed to be ready by 1:36. I arrived, and stood to the side, and waited for someone to acknowledge me which didn’t happen. I had to finally speak up at 1:48, and my sub wasn’t ready at 1:48 so I gave up and got in the regular line, at which point I was served at 1:52, and saw my receipt next to a load of bread. Also, it’s always too hot in there.
I have been to this establishment twice. I've had a different sandwich each time today I had a sandwich delivered by doordash and I have to say it's just as good if I got it at the restaurant after having Jersey Mike's. It's really hard to want to eat another sub sandwich. Today I got the number eight the club sub. I removed the bacon and added yellow mustard and it is heaven
