I love the cicis on gunbarrel. Stacey and Chris are awesome always welcoming and never rude. I found that it's hard to find good customer service in the area so some of appreciate good humble people also the food is great also..
Ran out of pizza had to wait a bit deserts were old
Chris the new GM is doing an Excellent job! Great Customer Service, Wonderful Food and Clean Restaurant. I came here for lunch today and had a positive experience. I will definitely be back!!

Recently, new managers have made the experience even better, with reports of them being superfriendly and attentive. Although Cicis is usually chaotic, some visits have been described as chill, with fresh food and plenty of choices available. However, some arcade machines may be malfunctioning, and not all pizza options are always available. There have also been some concerns regarding the cleanliness of the salad bar, as one guest found hair in the salad mixes, and the manager did not address the issue. Despite being busy, the staff does a good job of keeping up with fresh pizzas, and overall, the restaurant has received positive feedback for its friendly service and delicious food.
