Your employee at this location was so rude. He said his name was John and that he was the manager. I hope he is not. I come here often. I never will again. I may have been wrong,, but he was terrible. I cannot put into words how disappointed I was. I usually ignore people like him, so disappointed in this store. I was treated like garbage. So hurt.
We are big fans of JJ... but this particular location should not be call Jimmy John’s... it’s nothing like the others.. we got there at 9:45pm, asked one the employees at what time they close and he said 10:10. After we placed our order with 4 sandwiches with sprouts added... the employee on the line rudely said “we are out of sprouts”. It wasn’t a big deal even thou we love sprouts and that’s why we like their sandwiches. When we received our order they messed up...read full review
It's Jimmy John. They got our order right. Always get that hot pepper surprise. Two bites and they forgot them then third bite and there they are. Fresh friendly and loud 80 music. It's Jimmy John.
