Usually pretty quick in and out. Sometimes it takes awhile if there are alot of people in line. Other than that everyone I'd pretty nice and the good is good =]Parking: There are enough spots but if it's a busy day it can be a little difficult you may need to park at the dollar store and run in real quick.Kid-friendliness: They do have meals for kidsWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair entrance.

This location is not open 24hrs. Even though it says the business updated their hours a week ago. There were people inside but they wouldn't even look at us. We always have to drive 20 minutes to the other side of town just to get Krystals. The reason for that is this location just picks and chooses when they close after 7pm. Most of the time we just end up going to a completely different restaurant/fast food joint all together. It's not worth attempting the drive after 7pm to see if today might be the blue moon that they are actually open when they should be. Not to mention any of the other issues. Honestly I don't care what the hours are. I just wish that they would post business hours and honor those hours. Which is a standard business practice. It's not a lack of staffing issue when the staff is standing in the building ignoring you.

Stopped by the Krystals At 6 pm today got the number 1 combo no pickles that was fine. The problem is I also ordered two spicy chiks they took them and put them on the bun frozen when the person bit into the they were raw. We have been calling the Krystals since 6:30p.m. till 10:45 p.m. with no answer and they have no voice mail. This is utterly rediculous I go there often never has this problem. NEED A NEW COOK who won't give you food poisoning!
