My daughter and I stopped by late Tuesday night (10/17/23) after a play downtown. There was only 2 people working, one was in her car. We were the only people in line. Had to wait 20 minutes for our food and wasn’t sure if our order was correct, was fine if it wasn’t . We were a big hot mess while ordering, . I fell when you are trying to buy food and save. Why, can't the cashier should jest things to help the customer. However, they have the manager telling them not to explain. Wow!

I used to love Krystals. But honestly it's gotten way overpriced. Looks like they have shrunk the krystal burgers also but were still good. This trip my krystal chicks tasted like they had been setting out and were hard and greasy. 3 cheese krystals, 2 chicks a large fry and drink for 21$ ridiculous really.
