We had family come in from out of town and from a place that does not have Krystals available. They were very friendly and efficient and even carried the bag out to my car for me. They're hamburgers are always really fresh.

Every so often I get the urge for a few Krystals. However. The reality is that this is a very expensive fast food option with a #1 now over 10.00 with tax. I much preferred their old fries and not the newer. Thicker ones they now sell. I also dislike that they always try to upsell you cheese when ordering a Krystal. If I wanted cheese, I would have ordered a cheese Krystal. I enjoyed the Krystals though.

The morning crew is amazing. But I just went in to order my family food. When my husband said that we’d like a 24 pack. A girl yelled from the back, “oh man” like we’re bothering them. They’re not even busy, for a Friday evening. Perhaps find a job not in the service industry. I don’t think it’s your path.
