Came from Van Buren, Mo to Chattanooga for The Longhorn Restaurant. Was well worth the 7 hour drive and will make the trip again. The burgers are delicious. So was the country fried steak. Would definitely recommend anyone worldwide to come try the soon to be famous restaurant.
The owner, Susan, is top notch! I had a great conversation with her and it's no surprise to me why they have been around for almost 70 years. There are not many restaurants left like this one, and even though I am only 37, the nostalgia I felt for the 60s was real. Thanks for keeping it going!
