Food was absolutely terrible. I got the hash bowl and my mom got the power bowl. I asked for no goat cheese and there were piece of goat cheese sprinkled in so I could only eat the egg. Everything was super mushy including the potatoes and peppers. Seemed like the peppers were frozen then nuked in the microwave. Gross. My mom did like her coffee though

This place has always been a fun breakfast adventure, so I want to give more than 3 stars. Unfortunately, the food quality has gone down quite a bit. The menu has changed, and the primary foods seem to be made differently. Not a good as it used to be.

If you would love to wait an hour and a half on your order then this is most definitely the place for you! Highly do not recommend, this place is an absolute disaster.

They did not have any coffee out so I decided to get iced tea but they were out of ice. There were no napkins or forks out. They were not busy and should of been better prepared at 9:30

Great breakfast. Biscuits were tasty. Enjoyed the experience. Don't expect fast service but the food was hot and flavorful.

Three of us met for breakfast this morning. Two of us ordered the keto bowl and one had eggs, bacon and biscuit. I’m never disappointed with the service. The food was good…i’ve had some wow factor lately so I couldn't give it five ***** but it was good.

Coffee is always excellent.

I was there waiting for my service at Pepboy. I wouldn't recommend them. I’ll do a separate review later.

Food was pretty good but the Gunbarrel location needs to work on their ticket times. 9am and the restaurant was maybe 25% full. Took 20mintues on a to-go order. One customer in front of me got so frustrated that her food had been sitting in the window getting stale that she decided to get a refund and go somewhere else. They won’t be in business long at this location if that persists. Also, the storefront windows and doors looks like 2000 kids have been painting them with leftover foods. Makes you wonder if the kitchen is that dirty as well. Staff was very friendly.

Thanks to Brandy for the service and hospitality. This place is a gem we found. Very good food, biscuits were quality and made me want more (I literally ordered another biscuit), the prices were fair. This place is only a fee dollars more expensive than popular drive thru chains...GO HERE INSTEAD! Wait times weren't bad at all and the restaurant is situated in a very fsmily friendly, common sense manner. I didn't give it 5 stars because its not on THAT level but it's damn good food!

What is the point of ordering online, getting there at time approved to wait 20 more minutes? Literally watching people that were in line getting food before me?
Terrible Togo service and speed

Cool interior design but not welcoming vibe. Food wasn't bad but not great.

The food is SO GOOD. It is very loud and echo-y, and hard to have conversations. But it's worth going for sure.

This place use to be very good some years back. But TODAY, it was disgusting. Waited over 30 minutes for cold scrambled eggs, old house potatoes, non melted cold cheddar cheese and the peppers weren't even cooked. Then the chicken for the chix and waffles was practically cold dried shriveled up chicken. The waffles were burnt. The fact you tried to serve us old food ( aside from the eggs and burnt waffles) and thought we wouldnt notice, was insulting The place was disgusting. They did more congregating in the kitchen than cooking
Now normally when I'm disappointed with restaurants foods, I'll bite the bullet and eat what's edible. But because everything was so bad, I had to request a refund and leave. Unfortunately that was my husbands first time at a Maple Biscuit and he is not interested in returning and neither am I. What's changed about this place?...Is it management? Because the quality definitely lacks now.
