McAlister's Deli

Ordered delivery twice now and both times my salad dressing for a Cesar salad has been left out of the order - what’s the point in a Cesar salad without the Cesar dressing? SMH

First time coming here and was greeted right away, got recommended an amazing sandwhich and salad. food is amazing! Definitely coming again!

Arrived at 1:15 PM. There was one cashier and one woman working the window. There were five people in line behind me, and one person in front of me who was not prepared to order when they got to the counter. The person in the window had no outbound food, but would not offer any assistance to the cashier for all of the people waiting in line Instead chose to wait there at the window Ignoring The line that continued to back up. I understand that people have different jobs and different assignments, but to allow a clearly new cashier to just drowned in people waiting in line without assisting is really uncalled for on a Saturday

Lisa was absolutely amazing. Food was wonderful & exactly what I ordered. I made a catering order for over $200 for social workers at the hospital and it can be tricky getting everyone’s order right. Lisa individually wrote everyone’s names on the boxes for me & made my life so much easier. Also, her attitude and eagerness to help was very apparent. I love to see employees that love what they do! I will definitely be back. Lisa deserves a raise! 🩷

We had lunch catered to our office today. Not only was the presentation beautiful it was delicious! Lisa was awesome and we can’t wait to use Mcalisters again.

Brought my order out and was missing items. Ask for the items 3 times and never received them, then had to wait in a long line all over again to get a refund for those items missing. Terrible service.

I frequently come to this location to work / eat and I have never had a bad experience. just recently, i have had the pleasure to meet the nicest employee at the front counter, he told me his name is Gideon. Him and his crew have made the greatest effort to make customers feel comfortable and taken care of. I personally feel inclined to come more often solely from the immaculate customer service i get from Gideon. always has a smile, recommends new menu items and checks on tables very frequently. it’s not everyday you get an employee who is happy to be at their job! truly a 10/10 employee!

This place is disgusting and has fallen off hard over the last several years. I went there last week with my wife for dinner and to start I had ordered the French Dip. French dips are supposed to have some pink to them but the meat on the sandwich I was served was completely raw especially towards the inside of the sandwich. Second, the TV side tables and floors were completely covered in hair all up and down the walkway between the tables and there was avocado smeared all down the side of my plate (no part of my order had avocado). Third, several employees while we were trying to order were too busy flirting with a girl who had come inside with some friends and were not paying any attention to those in line waiting. Overall a poor experience especially for the price you pay for this place. Going to be doing myself a favor by never coming here again.

This was the first time my husband, I, and our 7 year old daughter ate at a McAlister’s and we probably never will again. The prices were outrageous, all the tables were dirty in the restaurant, so my husband had it clean one off, the food took forever to come out and then when it did my daughters was wrong so my husband had to go back up and get it corrected. We wanted to like it, maybe it was this location I am not sure we definitely were not impressed and would not recommend.

I don't know what was going on today, but my food did not look appealing at all. My salad was brown and welted with torn sandwich cheese slices placed on top. The pretzel dogs were overcooked. I hope y'all are able to pull it back together because today wasn't your best.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the Italian sandwich and it was delicious. My wife had the Spicy Southwest Chicken and she loved it. It was just awesome to eat there and the service was great!

I ordered a Cuban Sandwich. I had one previously at another local store. This one was SOGGY AND MESSY. The other store the bread was totally different. Very disappointed ☹️ My wife couldn’t eat hers. I ate because I was hungry and didn’t want to go back.
