The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into preparation and presentation. Every visit is consistent, and the quality never disappoints. Huge shoutout to Haylee and April for keeping standards high—definitely one of my go-to spots.
I'm not one for negative reviews but this one ticked me off I guess they have a new Gm and she gets to decide what counts as a burrito and what counts as two now I've always gotten a very big burrito because I put extra meat and everything they have one the table and most people were never able to close it up properly so one of their staff member told me a couple of years ago to tell them to double wrap it so I started doing that ever since now today I go to get one...
The lady’s in there, they gave me their names Ava and Kaylee, were such wonderful girls, great manners, very kind, and very generous. The food was absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend the Moe’s in Hixson!
