New York Pizza Company, East Ridge

We are visiting from out of town, first time visiting and it was amazing!! The workers were super friendly, the menu was easy to read, the atmosphere was great and everything in the restaurant was clean.

Great pizza...yum.

This place….this pizza was terrible.First off they don’t honor the prices on their website and argued about it. Second, the crust was chewy. Literally two drops of sauce and my god, salty. The breadsticks were decent, but I’ve never had marinara that looked or tasted like that before. I’ve had real New York pizza plenty of times, you guys ought to be ashamed.

Almost didn’t order because I had a fear I’d be missing toppings based on reviews. Was missing the star of the show, pepperoni unfortunately.

Best pizza ever eaten, clean and fresh ingredients makes this the best pizza place in the Usa even better than New York pizza , must to try soo delicious

New York Pizza Company has the best pizza and best customer service in Chattanooga.

This is my go-to pizza place. Super friendly staff. Jordan is the GOAT! Come grab a slice and chill in an awesome atmosphere or get a pie to go!

Exceptionally friendly staff. Slice of grandma style pizza for 5 dollars, fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Got a second slice, different style—decent.

First and last time trying NY Pizza Company. I was hesitant to spend $60 on 2 pizzas but don't eat pizza that often and wanted to treat my partner and myself to something nicer than the typical chain place. Mistakes were made and posting this review to try and save other people from spending their hard earned money here.

Pepperoni Pizza was fine, very average, but Margherita Pizza was supposed to have pineapple and ham on one half but only a couple of slices had ham and pineapple and it was minimal, and then found what looks like a cherry stem on one slice. Called and spoke with manager to try and make this right but was only offered 10% off next order and needed to know what day I would be placing my next order. I even offered to bring it back to show what was received and was told the 10% off future order was best he could offer. I'm swallowing this loss and hoping this review helps prevent others from doing business here.

***Response to response: Since I cannot reply to response given I am adding it here. When I called I stated one and a half slices had been eaten, not the whole thing. I didn't expect a full refund but only offering a 10% discount off future purchase was not a sufficient resolution. And issue was only a quarter of the pizza had ham and pineapple instead of the whole half. And I get the confusion to finding what most certainly looks like a cherry stem on one slice because you don't serve cherries, but to completely disregard it happening was quite upsetting.***

Second time ordering, I was really impressed the first time but man, this pizza is disappointing. It doesn't feel fresh? Sausage looks like gyro meat? This pic was taken exactly 1 hr from order confirmation but is eating more like pizza that's been sitting out all day. I'm gonna give it one more go, maybe order in person and pick up vs ordering online? Taste is great just not fresh presentation

Real authentic pizza for decent price. The breadsticks and marinara are to die for. The staff was also incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcomed. I’ll definitely be back!
