She went far and beyond to make my experience here extra sweet. Her compassion goes before her this was by far the kindest customer service experience that I have had. Disappointed that website does not say new flavor chocolate crumble is more than other flavors. Also not impressed that there was no notice the punch cards are no longer bring used. Nothing about it on website either.
