O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

They always are excellent with to-go orders. Their quality is consistent and they go the extra mile with packing you food in smart ways that avoid soggy burger buns or anything that is typical with to-go orders. Even if I enjoy another restaurant’s dine in options more, I’d rather choose this location for any to-go orders. They always score five stars.

My daughter and i had lunch today at the Hixson Pike location. Greeted nicely when we came in. Billy our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Had the soup and salad, plus half club and soup. Everything tasted great, even the rolls were great. Keep up the great work. ?

Glad to see that Susie is back from surgery, I missed her service and smile. The potato soup leaves a lot to be desired but the happy hour prices are great. The boy who sat me was very rude. But I have always had good experiences at the bar with Susie so I won’t let him stop me from coming in. I’m hoping 2022 will be a better year for this restaurant, they have struggled too much in the past and are due!!

The new potato soup is gross, but I was told by my very nice server, Susie, that the recipe had changed. I ignored her warning and am now paying for it. I will trust her next time I come in and maybe even try some of your new “Bar Bites” that she originally suggested.

Had dinner here tonight and Braxton was our server. He was efficient, friendly and very polite! He was wonderful as were the drinks and meal! We may just make this our regular spot!

Good Food Served by Great Staff ... I grew up in Nashville and hadn't eaten at an O'Charley's in nearly 40 years. I remember the good reputation they used to have back then. I convinced my husband to give it a try even though we usually tend to avoid a franchise and look for "local" food while traveling. Wow! We were both impressed. They have some sort of garlicky buttery mashed potato dish that was incredible - the salads were awesome, the whole meal was good. Honestly what made it a great meal was our waiter Adam. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, personable and attentive.

I haven't been to this O Charley's in about 15 years. Decided to stop by for lunch today, Wednesday. The food was very good and very hot. Our server Gillian or Gillybean as the receipt indicated was so nice and so sweet.. She provided us with some of the best service we have ever had. We asked her when she worked again because we wanted to request her as our waitress. We will definitely be back for tenders and probably a hamburger because they looked so good! Oh and free pie Wednesday really helped make the visit great. ?

After almost 2 years avoiding this Ocharleys due to one star poor service we decided to give it another shot. This time using curbside pickup. The rolls were cold, they forgot the butter as well but the worst part was forgetting one of the sides not that I ordered seperatlt but that actually came with the meal. The fish and chips was suppose to have slaw and it was missing. The food was just ok . the food was delivered to our car fast but maybe too fast as they forgot stuff. They still have not fixed the problems we experience 2 years ago exept this time it did not take 2 hours to get our food that is a plus I guess. Sub par even for a chain store.

Love coming here and love sitting in Gilly's section. One of the best waitresses I've ever had. I always ask to sit in her area because I know her customer service is #1.

We had a great dinner with my FIL! Lauren was so sweet and attentive. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back. ❤️

This was our first time to this restaurant and we were so lucky to be greated by our server Lauren S. who was so gracious and kind. She had such a warm smiling face and was very attentiive to our requests. The appetizers and salads were delivered promptly. The food was delicious. The whole experience was very pleasurable and we will visit again. Big to Lauren S. for such a wonderful dining experience.

We have been going to O’Charleys for a good while. But today’s experience would put us a few months before we even talked about going back. The steak was over cooked even though requested medium rare, the broccoli was way over cooked, and the baked potato had been baked earlier and then reheated because it was hard the way baked potatoes get when you do that to them. My husband said the rolls were the best thing he had

Went to the Hixson location after picking up my daughter from daycare Monday. It took me forever to find the receipt to remember her name, but Susie was the best! She interacted so well with my daughter who wouldn't leave her alone. Lol. Awesome service from her! :)

Our waitress was wonderful, the steaks were perfect. The downside of the visit the potato skins were hard and dried out and one of the chicken tenders was just a crunchy nugget. Overall it was a great meal though
