Salad was brown. Potato skins and chicken tenders over cooked! My salmon was excellent but my husband's burger was horrible! They definitely need new cooks or to make orders fresh!Very disappointing! We stopped going there about 3 years ago because it got so bad....guess it's no different. It used to be one of our favorite restaurants!

If I could give it a 0 I would . Very unprofessional staff. I order chicken tenders , fries and Mac and cheese . They bought me my plate with some rice up under some of my food . It looked like old rice . The Mac and cheese looked like somebody leftovers food . Please do not eat here !! Very nasty of them !)

Rachel was an amazing server. She was prompt. She was very nice and personable while being professional. My boyfriend really enjoyed his pork chops and dated his god was delicious. Rachel suggested a chicken bowl, which was really good. We enjoyed our time at O’Charley’s and will be coming back again very soon.

Food was good. Seated immediately. Healthy options available. Chelsea was great.

We selected O’Charleys as it was conveniently across the street from our hotel. We had never eaten at an O’Charleys restaurant. We were returning home to Canada from Florida. The restaurant was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our server (Mary Beth) was very new (she admitted to us) and a little nervous. But she was extremely friendly and efficient. If she was unsure about anything, she reconfirmed with us. The food was well prepared and hot. We had a burger, southern chicken, beer and wine.

Waited 15 minutes at table to be acknowledged. Server said I will be with you shortly. After another 12 minutes I left. I understand that resturants are short staffed but could I at least have a water or take my order. I don't know if the food is any good because I left. My wife and son stayed 5 minutes longer and still no service. I will never go to O'Charley's again as this was my first and last time. And this is the only review I have ever written. You can only blame the pandemic for so long.

I was at one of the hotels close by and came in for dinner. Staff and the server were super friendly. Food was out very quickly and was well prepared. Not much else you can ask for. Would definitely come back when back in town.

Omg I wish I could leave negative stars. So I ordered the 9oz. Bayou salmon Togo. I should have checked my order before I left because omg the shrimp were burnt, salmon was dried out and over cooked, and I didn’t even get my sides. This is after waiting an additional 30 minutes for my food. I’ve attached a photo of what was supposed to by the shrimp.

During Covid, I would have given this restaurant 2 or 3 stars. The quality of food had gone way down, and the wait was long and the service was extremely slow. Some of that was due to low staffing, and some was just due to incompetency. We visited recently and had an overall pleasant experience. The food quality is up, and Bianca was an excellent, attentive server. However, this time, like the past several visits, our meal has been soured by the strong smell of smoke. We’ve had servers that reek of cigarette smoke. And the last three visits, we were seated nearer the bar and overtaken by employees smoking right outside the door. This weekend, another server left the door cracked and smoked right outside the door, ruining the rest of our meal. Then, she came back inside and went straight to handling a table’s food and drinks without washing her hands. That is disgusting. There needs to be a much more removed area for smoking, far from dining, and proper hygiene procedures in place. This restaurant seems to be on an upward trajectory, and keeping it clean and decently classy would go a long way.

Keri was an excellent waitress. She got us extra butter, made my peach tea exactly the way I like it, and was so fast and friendly. O’Charley’s bread isn’t as good as it used to be, but at least it was fresh. The Tuesday tender meal was pretty decent value, considering the cost of food nowadays; three out of the four us ordered it.

Shawn is AMAZING. Made the best Margarita I have ever had. We will definitely be back and request Shawn! Thanks so much for the hard work you gave along with the awesome manager and rest of the staff. Nothing but good things to say!

My wife and I dined here, for our 3rd or 4th time over the years, on a road trip. The waitress was friendly but very new. She had o check to confirm the "happy hour" time, of which about 30 minutes remained. tt The beer and cocktails we ordered were listed at $5 and $3 respectively. She asked if I wanted my soup and salad before my steak entree. I asked for soup before, salad with. Bread was delivered, then the drinks, then the entrees. I reminded the waitress, and as "happy hour" had about 5 minutes remaining, ordered wine ($4, happy hour price) and another cocktail. The salad came, but "they're working on your soup." Working? I nibbled the steak (quite tasty), as it cooled waiting for the wine . The cocktail was in the works. The tortilla soup arrived--lukewarm to cold. Then the cocktail. I had thought to order dessert but was tired of waiting. We bagged up the leftovers, including the cocktail switched into a to-go water cup (!). The bill came. All drinks at the regular price except the wine. Huh? "Well, the cocktail order came in after happy hour" What? At my obvious disappointment, the waitress retreated to the absent manager who in compensation provided 10% discounts on our entrees (not counting up-charges for add-ons). for a grand discount of $2.10. Hmm, had I been charged the proper happy hour prices, the discount would have been $4.98. On top of all this, the hotel had given us a 10% card. I decided not to push further for that 10% which would apply toward the entire meal. What might you tip for this meal (total $61.84, incl. tx.) ? "Good luck in your next job?"

We visited on New Year’s Eve and fully recognize that is a difficult night to work. Upon entry, we advised the hostesses we had joined the waitlist for a party of 5. Unfortunately, they did not seem aware of how to locate a waitlist submission. Ultimately, there was not a wait so they just sat us as a walk in party of 5. Our server was Jordan who was overall OK but nothing extraordinary. For example, we did not hear about any highlighted food items / specials that were available. We visited with a 5 year old and children can become impatient. We specifically placed his order with our drinks so it could be prepared first. In regards to drinks, I asked about the availability of any ciders (Jordan was not aware and I actually had to ask him to check with the bar - this should have been offered). It is possible Jordan was under 21 and thus not particularly familiar with drinks. However, the customer service of offering to ask does not require knowledge. The bar tender came with a beer for my Father in Law, said Sierra Nevada yet we ordered a Sam Adams. OoO well they look the same, if you do not like it, we will exchange. My father in law did not care either way but attention to detail could have been more precise. About 15 minutes after we had ordered, we realized our son’s food (Chicken Fingers with Fries) had not arrived. When we inquired with Jordan, OoO his might be ready, I did not realize you wanted it out first. My wife and I split a dish and instead of asking would you like an extra plate, we had to request. The overall quality of the food was mediocre (somewhat bland tasting). We paid additional for a premium side of Loaded Mac N Cheese. Unfortunately, it had very little flavor. I would have preferred to have Kraft Mac N Cheese from the box. This was our first visit and are hopeful others might be different but we will not likely be rushing back.

I don’t ever do this, ever. But listen. My sister and I went here for lunch, we got seated and the lady brought our drinks out and the sweet tea tasted like dirt, I asked them to swap it out with water instead. We got our appetizer and it was soaked with grease. When we bit into it it tasted like nothing but a grease ball. Then the lady brings out our food and we both got steak, chicken tenders, Mac and cheese and fries. The steak was RAW. I couldn’t even eat it. The Mac and cheese was awful. My sister bit into her steak and was pulling paper out of her mouth. Our waitress got the manager and she offered to fix her plate but we were done. We just asked for the check bc we were absolutely done. We just wanted to leave so we ask for the receipt. We got the receipt and they still charged me for the steak that was RAW and the sweet tea that we changed for water. So I called the lady back over and told her I wasn’t going to pay for the tea and that’s why we got water instead. She brings back the receipt and it’s more expensive than what it started out as. So I got to looking at it and it wasn’t even our receipt. I was getting so upset and then to top it off the manager walks by and said “you’re still holding the receipt like somethings wrong, what’s wrong?” I said “yeah it’s because this isn’t my receipt”. 0/10. Food was awful, service was crap. Will not be going back. Ended up paying $36 for the worst food of my life ?
