Met up with a friend here for Taco Tuesday, had some great drinks, delicious tacos and excellent service. Will definitely be back!

Overeasy eggs were almost well done. Biscuits too hard to cut with a fork and the bacon my FIL asked to be crispy had to be sent back and it came the 2nd time still limp, like nothing had been done to it. Meanwhile, everyone else's bacon was almost burnt. What? The service and atmosphere were average.

We ate at one of the more well-known restaurants for lunch the day before it was highly recommended
And then happened upon this smaller point place for her birthday dinner this night. Mainly trying to be more casual and save a little money.
Wife said this was the best place we ate while we were in Chattanooga so definitely five star
Blackberry cobbler was awesome!
We normally get pictures, but we’re enjoying the atmosphere and the food so much we forgot
Definitely recommend this spot

My husband and I went for dinner late (not a ton of great late-night options in Chatt!) and the food was incredible, even close to closing time. The drinks were great, and the food was amazing. The goat cheese and jam appetizer was SO SO SO good, my pork platter was awesome (better than most dedicated BBQ joints), and the blackberry cobbler was perfect. We loved it so much we went back for brunch the next day, which was just as fantastic.
I’m so happy this place was recommended to me, and we’ll definitely be back. For anyone who, like me, still misses the Flying Squirrel (RIP), this spot absolutely fills that void for me, it’s got that same mix of great food, cocktails, and good vibes, not overly fancy.

Great place for bringing the kids. The outdoor area is walled so they can play safely. Food was excellent and a good variety of beer

On Chattanooga Burger Week we decided to participate by going to Outpost Bar & Restaurant for one of their specialty burgers that are only $8 during this annual event. We both had a Whistle Stop Burger which has pimento cheese, bacon, outpost sauce, and lettuce & tomato, that all together had a beautiful blended flavor. We ordered the Fried Okra strips with ranch dipping sauce (that Brett our waiter highly recommended to try)to accent the burgers and man was he right about the Okra being delicious even without the dip! We will most definitely plan on a return visit to experience all the other menu items that I'm positively sure will satisfy our taste buds!
On a return visit one Sunday evening after driving back from the Nashville area we remembered the Outpost. Very hungry for some great food we were not disappointed, especially since there was only two employees servicing a lot of ppl both seating outside and inside the restaurant. They did an excellent job and we tipped very generously for their hard work.

I would say this place was the most, "fine" restaurant my fiance and I visited while on vacation in Chattanooga. The staff were working extremely hard, but clearly there were not enough of them for the amount of guests. I blame scheduling/hiring for the poor service and not the waitstaff, who were clearly busting their butts. The food was good, but not anything to write home about.
