Not dog friendly. Just got turned away because of our dog. Had to pay parking for their designated parking spaces and hostess wouldn’t refund us. All internet placement mention dog friendly but that is incorrect. Their patio is NOT dog friendly.
Called around 5pm and was told there was a wait of 25 minutes for one pizza and an order of cheese bread... Arrived 20 minutes later thinking I'd wait maybe 10 minutes... Nope. Apparently even if you call ahead and they give you an estimated wait time, that's all BS because they won't even start on your pizza until after you arrive and pay.
Whats the point of offering pick-up?

Good pizza cannot overcome the bad service. I've eaten here regularly since it opened. The service has never been great but I overlooked it since they are locally owned. I can't do it anymore. Name a mistake and they've made it: didn't take my order, got my order wrong, or the time I paid for carryout and they didn't actually cook the pizzas. They also told me they didn't know how to refund it. They have a low view of customers as manifested by the poor quality of their service.
