So I deliver for DoorDash and I’ve been to this store 5 times since it opened and every time I’m here, no one knows how to do their job. Cashier doesn’t know how to be a cashier, cooks don’t know how to run tickets, etc. Regardless of the fact that they take 20+ min to make orders whether they’re busy or not, the one main cook(I asked for her name and they refused to give it to me) dropped tongs on the floor, immediately picked them up and put them right back where they were. Coming from a kitchen background……Great place to eat..

This "restaurant" is a joke, just read all the other reviews, If I were the owner of business, I would be ashamed. Do better or just close already. It's obvious that none of the employees want to be there, Do everyone a favor and get a job where you don't interact with customers.

Food was barely room temperature and they then microwaved tenders which made them soggy. Had ask for sauces. Seemed very unorganized. A guy that reeked of weed was flirting with one of the ladies behind the counter. The lady that seemed to be in charge was nice but won’t be going back.

First time at the new Hixson location. Was convenient to my son's work. Honestly, I like Bojangles better. Biscuits had a weird after taste. Bone in chicken was on the smaller side. 12 pc family meal was pricey and didn't include any beverage. FYI, those duel lanes in drive thru are ridiculous. My order almost went to someone else that came after me in the outside lane.

Don't waist your time they wouldn't make my order for delivery because the chicken was "frozen". They are lazy and just want to collect a pay check and not work for it pathetic. If I could give a zero I would.

1st time visit during store opening in Hixson, the chicken tenders were normal size, crispy and good. We had a positive experience.After being open three weeks, the chicken is now on a diet and not crispy. The biscuits have become flat, and smaller in size during the same time frame.The staff are without care, have poor attitudes, and customer service is lacking which with the poor quality of food now = we won’t be back, ever.

Waited in line for over 21 minutes and received the wrong order. It doesn't matter what you order. They're gonna give you what they want to give you. I ordered a 12pc ghost pepper with red beans & rice and chicken sandwich with fries. What are received was 6 wings, a box full of fries, a chicken sandwich and undercooked rice with bean sauce.

Absolutely horrible experience everytime I've been. Service is slow,you're lucky if anyone bothers to answer the speaker, and if you're unlucky enough to speak to someone the staff is beyond rude and treats the customers like a burden. I don't know how this location is still open.

If I could ever get some food from here it would be a different rating??The lobby is always closed. Every time I’ve ever drove through the drive-thru there’s always kid/kids in the lobby, doors locked, and maybe two people working.

I placed an order at the store through DoorDash. When the Dasher showed up to pick up my order, the store was not even open and running when they were supposed to be. I’m guessing that’s why Faith had such an attitude about giving the Dasher my order.she refused to give the Dasher my order and said I would have to come get it myself she refused to give the Dasher my order and said I would have to come get it myself when I talked to her on the phone. I would recommend going to the new Hixson store. This location is unprofessional and very rude.

I can't think of a more disappointing experience to have. The dining room was closed and I needed to use the bathroom and wanted to wash my hands before I ate. I decided I still wanted to eat there so I went to the drive-thru but as I drove past the employees smoking out back by the open door into the kitchen, I noticed a sign on the speaker that said I had to drive around and order from the window because the speaker didn't work. They are obviously understaffed and not maintained. Not a place I want to eat food from so I went across the street to Bojangles who has a fully functioning dining room and drive-thru system.

Zero stars! System down, no orders could be taken, and I was informed the electronic menu board displayed was 4 years old. Some items were no longer available and many prices were incorrect. I left. Terrible visit and I will not go back to the Hwy 58 location.

The good especially the chicken is insanely dry macaroni had weird texture and chicken sandwich was tuff the only good thing about the food was the mango lemonade apple pie don't recommend

I wish I could leave a zero star since we were turned away at 8 pm on a Friday night. The parking lot and the lobby both smelled of weed. We were the only customers there and was told that the lobby was closed. No cooking going on in there.
