“This is a tastefully decorated Japanese restaurant. I heard they had vegan options. We had a gluten free person in our party. They had a gluten free menu available upon request. I ordered asking for the mushroom skewer, vegan sushi and vegan ramen. The waitress knew what I was asking for. Everything was really good. The ramen was flavorful without being spicy, salty or bland. I added tofu and it was two squares of crispiness. I enjoyed it. The service was great.“
“They have renovated and redone their concept in the past year and done a fantastic job! The atmosphere and decor is very welcoming and I crave their spicy basil rice at least once every couple of weeks. They also have a rewards program that saves you 10%, which is nice. Overall a good pick if you're craving some good quick hibachi style dinner or some fried rice.“
“The service is rapid and the food is delicious! I wish the space were a little bigger since they get so busy. Overall, it’s a fantastic hangout spot. The rose green tea with herb jelly is my favorite!Parking: Shared parking with other smaller establishments. Located in the Target plaza.“
“Great place for a relaxing lunch or dinner. Ramen is phenomenal! I had a Peach Tea with popping Boba, and the Spicy Miso Pork Ramen. Great atmosphere, and all the tables had little sketch books on them! My service was great, the people were very friendly and good at communicating to me. I came in before closing and they informed me that the orders they were taking were just to-go at that time. To-go orders are packed efficiently and in leak-proof containers. Highly recommend as a cute lunch stop after exploring downtown or going through the aquarium!Went again just this weekend (March 17th) food is still amazing and the atmosphere is still so inviting. Had chicken miso ramen this time, with a Thai boba tea. SO GOOD ? have officially made it a must-stop when I come to Chattanooga.“
“This was our first time here. We came right at opening so it wasn't busy at all. I got the Miso ramen and let me tell you...that hit the spot. The Karaage was not bad. Not the best I've had but didn't exceed any expectations. We sat in the front but they had a lounge in the back where you could order drinks as well. I would definitely come back to sit back there. It looked super cozy.“
