Island Vibe serves the best Haitian food in Chattanooga, hands down. The flavors are rich, authentic, and truly transport you to Haiti with every bite. From the savory pikliz, chicken, to the perfectly spiced rice and beans, everything was cooked to perfection. The portions are very generous. If you’re craving real Haitian cuisine, check out The Island Vibe! Happy to see this business continue to grow as the Chattanooga area desperately needs more diversity in the food scene.
So tonight I got the privilege of being able to eat some amazing food. I have traveled through many major metropolitan areas and sample multitudes of cuisine.
