I'm a regular user of the app. But this store is so poorly understaffed that there is no way they can keep up with the volume, especially during Happy Hour. When you wait over 10 minutes for two drinks and a small order of cheese sticks, you have service issues. it's up to management to fill the holes and make sure service times are better.
