Often orders are wrong or missing something requested. We use the app that has all details included. This location seems to get confused when we use it. Ironically, the orders are even more confused when you use the stall or drive thru speakers. We love it but they could use some more help and training!

Is the person that replies to these comments have a brain injury or something? This Sonic is my go to place for when I want some chili cheese tots. The only issue they have looks like is staffing. I went by around 9:45 am on a Sunday and the guy who was running the drive thru also was car hopping as well. This guy was doing great so no knock on him or the staff that was working. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people.
