We ubered our food. Upon receiving it, it was stone cold. We called them to talk to them about it and were told there was nothing they could do and to take it up with the uber driver and hung up. We called back a second time and was told he didn't care. The person we spoke to said his name was Logan and he said he didn't give a shit about our order. We will never be back.

Have to leave a 5 star review for our favorite pizza spot in Chattanooga! Great, big, and tasty NY style pizzas. (I’m typically a deep dish girl, but I LOVE some Southside!) You really can’t go wrong, but some of our favs are the Big Papa, Firestorm, and Veg Head. Staff is always friendly. Service is always efficient. The atmosphere on the patio is a cool vibe if you want to dine in. We love Southside! (Photo of our Big Papa for reference)

Great late night snack. Highly convenient it was a 6 min walk from my airbnb.
Being a huge pizza person, I want to give a fair review. The pizza was alright, had good flavor. Felt like it almost wasn't cooked long enough for the burnt edges which I would guess their oven is cranking out tons of product. Chop salad was perfect 👌 Only thing I didn't like, was it tasted liked they put garlic powder on their crust... maybe to give it flavor, but kind of ruined the crust for me.
