Subway in Chattanooga

“I needed some items in WalMart early in the morning and wanted some breakfast. I had not considered a Subway before, and ruled out McDonalds as they don't have turkey bacon or sausage with their egg breakfast. I was there over an hour before the Subway in the store opened, but the worker was getting set up. She graciously invited me in and fixed my 6" chicken teriyaki sub! Service above and beyond.“

“Probably the best Subway I've been to in a long while. Staff was trying to take a break while we were there, but every time someone came in they all left their break and took care of the customers. Excellent! My sandwich was good and made well. I did not get the feeling that they were throwing it together and trying to get it over with. Obviously a better managed/trained shop than most.“

“This is consistently the best Subway that I've ever been to. It is always clean, well run, and fresh. On top of that the staff are always friendly and positive. Sometimes that is rare in the restaurant business. I have never had a bad experience here and the food is always great! Mindy, Dena, and Latasha are always excellent and genuinely happy to make an amazing sub for you!“

“Staff has to be rated #1 at any Subway, Period. They are on top of their game and take the time to make the perfect sub. I got the Meatball with Pepper jack. Perfect with Superb Service. Very Clean Environment. Mask are still highly recommended at this location for the time being.“

“I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don't expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.“

“Kingal carefully constructed the most perfect sandwich. Very attentive and there was a vegetarian patty option! Exceptionally clean dining space as well. Best Subway experience I’ve ever had.

“I ordered takeout for lunch. This location is a little extra with the sauces, so I was bummed I wasn't given napkins to wipe it off but, it is hard to mess up a grilled chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and that's what keeps going back. ?“

“The woman that took my order and made my sandwich on last Saturday 1.27.24 was a gem. She was friendly and she really helped me out. I dont know her name, but just wanted to give her a shout-out and say thanks!

“Employees are always nice. They work fast and listens to what you want carefully. Love the herbs and cheese bread toasted with ham and turkey, pepper jack cheese and toppings. Always the perfect amount of toppings on each sandwich!

“We went around 7pm and the young lady did her thing with our sandwiches, they were absolutely delicious. She was friendly and engaging (I wish I had gotten her name) I look forward to visiting again and I'm hoping to get her as a server again!“

“Today's experience is more about Carolyn than Subway in general. This Subway location looks great, new, clean and is good order. I arrived late in the lunch hour to a busy house. A single lady Carolyn was expertly handling a long line of customers by herself. She apologized but took care of my order quickly and professionally. 5 stars for her. Hopefully they can hire help for her.“

“I was in hixon on the 153 and for whatever reason my Tesla gps took me to this subway which was half way into downtown when there was a subway literally 3 minutes away.

I got here and I almost didn’t go in simply because it was empty. But I figured how bad could it be. Went in, the guy who was making the sandwich was funny and we joked around. I asked him “is it usually this crowded “ and he cracked up.

I had the tuna sandwich thinking I was being semi healthy. It turns out if you read the fact sheet, the itilian BMT has half the calories than the tuna. So don’t get the tuna to be healthy.

“We went to Walmart on Saturday and were hungry when we got there and went to subway. They were busy and there was only one lady working. She was very nice and fast and just overall a delight. Her name was Jackie. I commented on the fact that she was working all alone and she said she had been with the company 6 years. She made the sandwiches and took the money and washed her hands after every order. I was very impressed with this lady and the way she handled the rush. Thank you for a pleasant experience Jackie“

“This is one of the amazing subways I’ve ever been to inside of a hospital. I just started working here a couple months ago and I’ve got to know the store manager and she is one of the sweetest, caring and likes to joke around type of manager. Has learned my order from the beginning to the end.“
