Subway in Chattanooga

“10 out of 10! If Tasha there hasn't had a raise in the past 30 days, she needs one asap! I go completely out of town just to enjoy a good, clean subway and this location is it! Thankfully I also work in the area and able to come more often. I have worked for subway in the past myself and I have to say she does an amazing job! The place is clean, smells fresh, all the food in the bar was fully stocked and fresh, lobby full of people and I barely had to wait at all. I can't compliment her work ethic and this locations job well done, enough!“

“I needed some items in WalMart early in the morning and wanted some breakfast. I had not considered a Subway before, and ruled out McDonalds as they don't have turkey bacon or sausage with their egg breakfast. I was there over an hour before the Subway in the store opened, but the worker was getting set up. She graciously invited me in and fixed my 6" chicken teriyaki sub! Service above and beyond.“

“Probably the best Subway I've been to in a long while. Staff was trying to take a break while we were there, but every time someone came in they all left their break and took care of the customers. Excellent! My sandwich was good and made well. I did not get the feeling that they were throwing it together and trying to get it over with. Obviously a better managed/trained shop than most.“

“I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don't expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.“

“Staff has to be rated #1 at any Subway, Period. They are on top of their game and take the time to make the perfect sub. I got the Meatball with Pepper jack. Perfect with Superb Service. Very Clean Environment. Mask are still highly recommended at this location for the time being.“

“Kingal carefully constructed the most perfect sandwich. Very attentive and there was a vegetarian patty option! Exceptionally clean dining space as well. Best Subway experience I’ve ever had.

“The person who posted the mint double chocolate cookie, we haven’t had those cookies since the promotion ended. I threw them all away when it ended. Also, my store doesn’t carry those sleeves that it is in. Our footlong sleeves are different. The lady who said the store closed early, the lobby closes at 9pm & it’s drive through only til 10pm. There are signs on both door that say this. Those signs have been there for a couple years. The customer who posted the meat & cheese sandwich picture, your build ticket next to the sandwich says meat and cheese on it.“

“One of the best subway locations in Chattanooga. I use to work at subway as a teenager so I can hardly stand it, so the only reason I still go is because it’s close and convenient to my work. They have been consistently making my sandwiches properly which is surprising compared to the downtown location where you get a half toasted cold rotisserie chicken sandwich or a gallon of sauce served with a side of rude Attitude.“

“Every single employee there is so awesome and always the best service but the guy who wears the gold necklace I forgot his name but dude is the best thing that has probably happened to this location in a long time I go there a few times a week and he always is on top of things and corporate should give this guy a raise“

“There is an employee her name Shay, she is amazing! Easy going! Talks a lot tho. She should be employee of the year! She can carry a conversation. Always a good vibe when me and the girls have visited.. only come in when we know she is working. Always a good time with her working!“

“Today's experience is more about Carolyn than Subway in general. This Subway location looks great, new, clean and is good order. I arrived late in the lunch hour to a busy house. A single lady Carolyn was expertly handling a long line of customers by herself. She apologized but took care of my order quickly and professionally. 5 stars for her. Hopefully they can hire help for her.“

“Cedrick was the associate that helped us out today and was really a kind soul, even hooked the kids up with two free cookies on the house. Actually now hat I think about it, we got two sandwiches and three drinks and the total was 38 dollars, Cedrick even said “wow that’s a lot of money” so I’m guessing we got charged for those on the house cookies. Either way the young man was kind and that’s a plus in the world today right? Kinda dirty and smells like weed, but what place isn’t these days?“

“We went to Walmart on Saturday and were hungry when we got there and went to subway. They were busy and there was only one lady working. She was very nice and fast and just overall a delight. Her name was Jackie. I commented on the fact that she was working all alone and she said she had been with the company 6 years. She made the sandwiches and took the money and washed her hands after every order. I was very impressed with this lady and the way she handled the rush. Thank you for a pleasant experience Jackie“

The ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was perfectly made. The place was clean and well-organized, making it a comfortable spot to grab a meal. “This is one of the amazing subways I’ve ever been to inside of a hospital. I just started working here a couple months ago and I’ve got to know the store manager and she is one of the sweetest, caring and likes to joke around type of manager. Has learned my order from the beginning to the end.“
