I recently stayed at The Marriott Downtown Chattanooga and will never be back. I had a sick child who woke up in the middle of the night vomiting. She made it to the bathroom and vomited all over the bath mat in the floor. I then got a dirty towel and cleaned up where it was also on the floor. We checked out the next morning and I always go through our room to make sure nothing is left behind. DO NOT USE VALET PARKING! We were there Labor Day weekend. We arrived 6-6:30 Saturday evening. Evidently there was some event taking place because there was a lot of foot traffic to the convention center.
The next day, at approximately 2-2:30, we prepared to leave the hotel. When the valet brought our vehicle, it had obviously been ransacked. There was no damage to the vehicle, so obviously, it was left unsecured. We immediately reported it to the valet and the manager on...read full review
