Crazy that they think this is acceptable food to serve, a “cheesy Gordita crunch” and a “beefy 5 layer burrito”… looks like they pulled it out of the trash.

I arrived at this location at 11:40. There was a line in the drive thru, but I elected to stay since this establishment is one of few who are open late. When I reached the speaker to order, I was asked to hold for a minute. I waited for a few minutes and the young lady asked to take my order. I ordered 3 combos, not just for myself, and she jokingly yelled through the speaker: “Dang, who you ordering all this food for man?!” I was puzzled and responded, “It is not that much food.” Then she spouted: “Aye, yeah it is.” She was abruptly cut off by another employee and he stated: “Look, we close in 13 minutes and we do not have enough beef to make the burrito you want. We can’t do it.” It was a clear excuse because they did not want to work or keep the restaurant open until its true closing time. Taco Bell used to advertise as an establishment as being a “Late Night” restaurant and now its employees are sending customers away. I said, “So, we waited for nothing then” and I drove off and went to another Taco Bell location. I went to the Taco Bell on Lee Highway, where the price for the same order was $8.00 cheaper. Corporate needs to step in and retrain the employees at Silverdale Road location and others as well, because this establishment will literally shut off the drive thru sign because they want to sit around and play before closing time. Unfortunately, this may lead to this establishment's demise and closure, because people will not continue to tolerate this behavior.

Have stopped here several times at break because it’s close to my work. Twice I got Mexican pizza and it taste like chemicals was on it! So I stopped getting the Mexican pizzas and even went back through the drive thru to give it back and told them how bad it tasted and did get my money back. Then today at 3:30 pm stopped in drive thru again and got nachos Belgrande and the nachos were stale and old! And there was that chemical taste once again! I’m done going to this Taco Bell ever again! Gross! What are they doing? Dropping the food in chemicals or what?!
The Vegetarian Mexican Pizza, was made with stale tortillas! Still can't clear out an unplaced order from the app and can't seem to upload points from receipts, although I entered my email address! Please fix the app!
