It’s a lady that was working drive thru. I was having a rough day and she complimented me. We need more people like her every where. She doesn’t know how much her compliment had helped me that day. She had really short brown hair.
For the second time, my order has tasted like plastic or chemicals. Food from other Taco Bells doesn't have this awful taste. Today, the lettuce tasted like it had gone bad as well, so I stopped after just a couple bites and decided not to chance it with the rest of my meal. Service has always been friendly and orders have always been accurate at the drive thru (late evenings). There's just something wrong with how they are preparing the food for it to have that plastic taste.

The Vegetarian Mexican Pizza, was made with stale tortillas! Still can't clear out an unplaced order from the app and can't seem to upload points from receipts, although I entered my email address! Please fix the app!
