I come here every year when I visit Chattanooga. Great restaurant with authentic mexican food. The South of Chattanooga offers a variaty of restaurants and this one is amongst my top favorites. The corn from the cob is really special and also ordered the shrimp taco’s served with rice and refried beans. Excellent spicy margaritha. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Could highly recommend.
I’ve tried Taqueria Jalisco both at their food truck and in the restaurant, and it’s always a win. The tacos are a step above —fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and creative combinations that feel a little more upscale. Whether you grab a quick bite from the truck or sit down in the restaurant, the quality is consistently great. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I’m craving tacos that stand out.
Wish they would put Maria’s tres leches on the dessert menu permanently

Food was very good. Margarita was good, just too much ice. Be prepared for the smell of the chicken factory as you walk up to and away from the building

Delish food, great atmosphere, amazing staff. I was in town for a work trip and a friend recommended this restaurant. My colleague and I enjoyed a couple apps and drinks, everything was delish. I especially appreciate the staff as they were a little short staffed that day but they did a wonderful job informing us and staying on top of our needs.

Beautiful space, conveniently located on the south side. Parking is hit or miss in the area. Servers are excellent and the food is reliable and tasty. Love their drinks and the outdoor patio too!

The restaurant was lovely and very well decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food came out fresh and fast. I gave the food three stars only because it leans more toward contemporary/trendy Mexican dishes rather than the traditional mom-and-pop style I personally prefer. Overall, it’s a nice spot—it just comes down to preference.

Bartender was great and the atmosphere is interesting. The food is far from authentic and overpriced for what it was.

My first experience here was 10/10! Great food, fresh ingredients, and our waitress was the sweetest. I’ll definitely be back for more tacos!

Great traditional Mexican food! The chile relleno and the asada tacos were 10/10. The margs were on point as well.

Not a traditional Mexican restaurant vibe. Server was friendly and attentive, food was good. I feel the portions were a bit small for the price, and I did not like so many menus items listed as “market price”.

Food great! Drinks were amazing! You cannot beat their margs!!🥂Our server was not the best. I think her name was Natalie? Maybe Natasha? She was not paying any attention to our table and was rude to our guests we brought with us. We have had other servers before & they were great, but the first time she served us was terrible.
