Family Reunion of 50 people at this wonderful Downtown Chattanooga hotel was fantastic! Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Beds comfy. Food for our Banquet was hot, tasty, and safely served Buffet Style. Entire staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here. The pool is nice although very few seats and chairs. Breakfast was nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. Great beds and a good area to stay in, we could walk to the river. And the doubletree cookies are always a nice treat!

My wife and I stay here for an event and we found the hotel very nice. We will be back the next time in Chattanooga. Nice rooms good breakfast and very friendly staff. We normally stay away from town for the price but this hotel is close to everything.
Man! William treated me so well! His energy was so welcoming and pleasant. This guy deserves a raise. Will definitely be staying here again, left an exceptional impression on me. Every time I encountered him my day got better

We were in Cahatty for a Bday visit and Scarlet was amazing! Fantastic bar and food experience. She was the best! She made us lovely drinks, our food was timely, and she was just amazing. Amazing amazing amazing.

Right downtown. Clean. Great bar/restaurant with an awesome tender, Scarlet. What more could you want!? Parking isn’t too bad either. Worth staying for sure. Not much more to say. Cold A/C, hot water in the rooms.

She went out of her way to make sure we had every need met. Great service. We visited for a conference and went to the bar each night for team building. Cheri waited on us hand and foot. Stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. 10/10 would come back.

Honestly, Cheri is incredibly nice and caring towards customers. She ran out at of our favorite beers, and she went out of her way to go look and find them in the building. Crazy. We stayed an extra 30 min and she took care of us with no complaints.
