We came in for breakfast at the exchange as we are visiting and Mo was amazing ! Not only did she provide great service, but was also nice and a one woman show, if you’re in Chattanooga and want breakfast I’d suggest the exchange

I stayed in the Kinley Hotel and ate at The Exchange after checking out on a Sunday morning. As a local, shame on me for not trying this place sooner. The menu has great options, the coffee is local, the food is delicious and the service was fantastic (shout out to Mo).
They serve brunch 7am to 3pm, seven days a week. I will be back!

Breakfast was decent simple and easy. The breakfast bowl could use a more egg but that’s just because I like eggs. We had drinks the night before and it was easy and quiet.

We had the breakfast bowl, yum!! And fresh squeezed OJ. and cappuccinos. Chill atmosphere, friendly service, everything was perfect. We were also staying at the hotel and it was nice to have such a lovely place right in the hotel. Open to the public as well. Thank you Kinley Hotel and The Exchange. You made our stay in Chattanooga a really fantastic trip.

We stayed at the hotel and decided to do breakfast before we left. We sat at the counter and was served by Mo who was very friendly and efficient. I had the avocado toast which was very tasty. My husband had the French toast which was served with an abundance of berries. Nice comfortable and tasty start to our day.
