I placed an online order for 3 trays of sliders and 1 tray of ham and cheese biscuits. The 2 ham trays were ready, but I was told I’d have to wait 10 minutes for the remaining food. Why am I having to wait for food that should’ve been ready within the hour timeframe I chose? The store was *not* busy and had at least 6 employees (that I counted) standing around. This isn’t including employees in the back. So again…why wasn’t my order ready for pickup? We ended up waiting more like 15-20 minutes and one of the female employees got an attitude with my husband. She was very unprofessional and out of line. I’m glad I wasn’t at the counter to hear the exchange and was only told about it after we had left. I wish my husband would’ve gotten the female’s name, but I digress. At least the food was mostly good. The only complaint we had was the biscuits had literally 1 small piece of ham on them whereas the sliders had 2-3 pieces on them. So the biscuits were lacking in flavor. I certainly won’t be back to this location since employees are allowed to treat customers this way because I highly doubt my husband was the first person this woman has gotten an attitude with.

To be honest, I was dreading going to the store because I thought I would have to wait a long time standing in line. That wasn't the case at all. There was a line through the store. However, the staff did an excellent job of quickly moving everyone through. Phenomenal and friendly service!

I tried their sliders today. OMG look how buttery and fresh they were. You get 3 for a little over $9. It’s a little expensive, but darn good! The employees were nice and patient with me answering all my questions because I had never ordered anything except full hams for the holidays. These would be great for parties or company events. Hint: I didn’t get the pickles on them.

I purchased a honey baked ham online to be picked up in Chattanooga for a Christmas family party. We were flying in and out from Pensacola. Picked up the ham for the party this ham had no honey taste, tough and was so salty we could not eat the ham. There are closed on Sun I have called customer service their response you have to contact the local store, done that I was placed on hold for 30 min and then hung up on tried calling back same I have sent an email and called customer service again. $90 in the trash...

I pre-ordered ham by the slice online and paid for it. When I arrived at my scheduled time they said they didn’t have any available and for me to come back. I called them a few hours later to cancel my order because I wasn’t going to have time to go back there. The guy on the phone said that the pre-sliced ham is only first come first serve. Which I’m sorry if it’s available for me to order online and I paid for it you should have set some aside for me because I had already paid for the product. I told the guy I just wanted my money back and he said I had to call another number. Which I don’t understand why they couldn’t just cancel it themselves. I will never be back to this store and would advise others to steer clear since they seem shady.

I pre-ordered a ham but didn’t pay for it because it gave me the option to pay for it when I picked it up but I was told the only people that paid ahead of time could pick up first and then I had to come back at 3 o’clock and hope that they still have some if they’re going to do it that way then they should have said something about it on their website! Because I just drove an hour to go pick up something I was told I couldn’t pick up I definitely will not be using them ever again!!!!!
