It is a honey baked ham. The staff are a mixed bag...some enjoy their jobs, some don't. Went on the day before thanksgiving and it was smooth sailing. Best to buy and pre purchase. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Best time of any Honey baked ham store I have been in. Got the sack of goodness and was on my way. Look forward to Christmas
