The Peach Cobbler Factory Chattanooga was one of our final stops while on vacation. The employee working the counter was extremely friendly and helpful on offering suggestions. I personally got an Oreo Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookie and it was really really good. The establishment was very clean and modern. Absolutely give this place a try if you are in the area and looking for a sweet treat!

This place is amazing! The staff gave my wife and I a full breakdown of the menu. They have cobblers, banana pudding, cookies and cinnamon rolls. All of which you can get in different flavors from Oreo to peanut butter and jelly.My wife got the apple cobbler, and I got the peanut butter and jelly banana pudding.Both were amazing. We even had enough to take home for later.Highly recommended!

Love this place! Peach cobbler stuffed cinnamon rolls with ice cream absolutely my favorite!! Definitely recommend trying the maple cinnamon roll stuffed with peach praline! Went 3 times in the same week ??

First time here and it was great. Had the cinnamon roll and it was so soft and warm. Wife got the peach cobbler. Had to get a bite of hers. Great customer service. You must come check this place out!

Omg, Londie the owner is super sweet & very helpful the entire time! We got the blackberry peach & cold brew, I seriously give it 11/10 rating it was delicious and service was phenomenal! I highly recommend anyone come here when they are in town. Will be back every time for my visit to Chattanooga.

My husband and I really enjoyed the sweet potato pecan cobbler (the main reason for the five star rating) and the peanut butter and jelly pudding. I would personally not recommend the peach cobbler or banana pudding, but those are easy to make at home anyway so definitely opt for the more unique and more delicious flavors (: Even with only 2 people working we were out of there in less than 10 mins and it smelled amazing as we waited !

Pathetic experience. Tried it for the first time and was extremely disappointed. The place was only managed my one person and she wasn’t even at the counter initially, and kept going inside after serving or taking orders. The cobbler itself tasted so bad. Seemed like they had microwaved (not event baked) store-bought canned dough and canned peaches. The dough was undercooked and tasted raw. The sauce itself was too sweet and not at all how peach cobbler should taste like. It was a total waste of money as we bought two cobblers. The quantity is also less for the price. The ice cream that was served with the cobbler was the only thing that made it slightly better. Avoid this place at all costs. Grocery stores have better desserts than this so called cobbler factory. My husband said it is really hard to mess up a simple dessert like cobbler that bad!

I have attempted to order online multiple times over the past few weeks with my order being canceled as out of stock. I called to confirm which cookies were in stock and spoke with Charles. He was extremely rude and unprofessional when i explained the issue, he didnt seem to understand the questions i asked (Which cookies are in stock, is there something blocking the order from going through, is there a better service to order through.) he tried to tell me to order individually which would have cost more than the bundle and then raised his voice and asked if i was going to order the cookies or not. He refused to give any information on when management would be available to discuss the website issues or his poor customer service skills. You have lost a long standing reoccuring customer.

While visiting from out of town, we walked over from the aquarium area downtown. We saw the establishment was open until midnight and wanted to grab a dessert before heading back to our hotel. It was before 10:00 P.M. When we got there, the lights were on but the restaurant was empty. We double checked online and the hours said open until midnight. The hours on the door were also posted as midnight. When we pulled on the door handle it was locked. An employee walked out from the back and gave us the dirtiest look ever, mumbled some profanities at us, then returned to the back. We won't be trying this or any other locations.
