I once had the Tonkotsu Ramen here on vacation and it was so good that it broke me. I spent 3 weeks trying to recreate the flavor/broth with 4 different attempts and it didn't even come close. I dream of the broth. I had a friend move from Washington all the way to Atlanta. He had to pass through Chattanooga. He had been driving for 10 hours at that point of the day, and I was willing to pay him exorbitant amounts to stop and get as much of their tonkotsu ramen broth as physically...
The food isn't gteat as I thought it would be. It's not outstanding, but I'll try something different next time & update my review if needed. The restaurant's atmosphere is nice. Good place for a date.
Our only complaint is that the restaurant was very cold! We loved everything we got and were grateful to the staff for going out of their way to avoid sesame per my husbands allergy. Will be back!
