Volcano Crab & Bar

We walked in and really enjoyed the vibes and decor. I ordered one cluster of crab legs that were to come with potatoes and broccoli. My boyfriend got an order of calamari and mussels with potatoes and broccoli. The calamari wasn’t fresh and was hard as a rock. Couldn’t even bite it in half, like it had been microwaved. Then the entrees came. One decent crab cluster and a quarter piece of corn on the cob as expected, but one mini potato, and ONE tiny overcooked stalk of broccoli. Seemed skimpy on the potatoes but the broccoli.. just a garnish. The saving grace was the very kind staff. They were accommodating and understanding.

Came in to pick up to go order and when i get back to work the order is incorrect and there is no seasoning or shall I say its watered down. I was very specific about my order and they still messed it up I have tried to give them the opportunity to fix it from orders in the past but this is it for me and I most definitely will not recommend any of my guest to visit this location. They don't offer a remake or a refund for their mess up only a funky apology and that means nothing when you're driving an hour and 45 minutes for their food specifically. I would like a refund.

The food was awesome however the staff was awful. The music was so loud it felt like you had to scream to talk to the person across from you. There was maybe just about 5 other couples in the building but took our server twenty minutes to take just our drink order then when we asked about menu items she acted as if we were bothering her and then told us I'll you guys a few minutes and walked away. So we waited another ten minutes and she finally came back for us to order . She never asked how our food was, if we needed anything or even to refil our drinks. It just wasn't a good visit. This was on 9/26 about 6pm

Absolutely delicious!! I wish there was one in cookeville tn. I'd be there every week!! When I come back to Chattanooga I will definitely come back!

Didn’t realize it was a true bar until I went inside!! 😭 did take out with the hush puppies, chicken egg rolls and oysters (raw) 10/10 highly recommend!!

This is the only place I get my seafood boils now they’re the best! Always extra potatos and corn versus places charging the same price for less food.

It is hard to find good seafood living in Chattanooga. I was glad to get some seafood that wasn’t freezer burned. My meal tasted great and my server Ashley was awesome!

I really like this place, very good atmosphere and service. I don’t really like or eat sea food, but i made an exception, and I don’t regret having done it, the food of this place was REALLY GOOD. 🦀❤️

Wow!! We were served by Ashley and she was amazing! She was so patient and attentive. The atmosphere was brilliant, and the food was outstanding! We had the family volcano boil and would order it again & again!
