Went here when we were on vacation, but should have known better than to get seafood not near the ocean 🤣 the boiled shrimp were okay, but the friend shrimp & fried catfish didn't have much flavor.. but for the prices it was overall good

If you automatically add a gratuity to the bill I WILL NOT tip.
By doing that you just cheated your server out or a 30% cash tip
(Edit on 3/10 since I can’t reply)
I appreciate the reply.
We were only a party of 2
I did not keep my receipt however.

It was my first visit. l will have more reviews for the same restaurant. Initially, I ordered the oysters , but I was told that they were not fresh. Most businesses would have sold them to you, so I REALLY appreciate the honesty. ( I can not express this enough)
I ordered the chicken cheese egg rolls . So good!! For my main dish, I ordered the shrimp basket and Cajun fries with the Hawaiian Long Island! Everything on this visit was great.

Unfortunately, I can’t leave a positive or negative review. First impression was that it looks like an awesome place to get some good food. Got a little irritated though. I called early to make a reservation for myself, my wife, and my 8 yo for valentines dinner. The lady I spoke to said she would have to check with her manager. After being on a brief hold, she took our reservation for 9pm. We got there and was stopped at the door by an awesome security agent. He was very professional and told us that children are not allowed after 8pm. I advised him of our reservation. He quickly consulted with management and told us it didn’t matter, and that a reservation should never have been made. We thanked him and went somewhere else. I was extremely impressed with their security team and feel like that would be a very good and safe place to enjoy dinner. Will just have to go earlier in the evening. May want to add to your web presence age and or Facebook about the children policy so people don’t find out at the door.
Will not be returning here. Food was messed up from the previous visit and now the phone people sent the wrong thing to the restaurant and I was charged for an adult rice when i asked for a kids rice and the new manager wouldn't change it. If you know your third party online ordering company doesn't know how to properly take orders then why use them.

It's probably a cool place and has great food, but I'm 48 years old and I have never in my life ever has someone tell me not to mention two of those ladies in there tell me that my identifications don't look like me!
What woke stupidity. Lack of common sense in those women. Stupid ladies.
Peace out✌️

One waitress for thirty people is unbelievable, staffing assignments are horrible. Better manager planning

Pretty cool seafaring atmosphere but I wouldn't advise going here to actually eat. At least not on a Sunday night (walked over from hotel, not much else open at 9:30). Big place, a few other tables occupied. Helping my landlubber dining companion choose her non-seafood meal so I told the waitress I need a minute to look at the mostly seafood menu I was mistakenly excited about lol. She returned to ask if I was ready when she delivered the 1st meal. To be fair she was correct in assuring me that whatever I ordered, it wouldn't take long -- not exactly a harbinger of great cuisine but we were in this far already; she was also right to say she prefers the rice over the noodles. We got volcano fried rice w/ steak & chicken 50/50 & a cajun noodle thing with shrimp, egg, sausage "extra spicy" (I'd have called it mild heat) + hot (actually mainly just salty) sauce added gratis (nice of em, yes) at $16/dish. Detected a worrying hint of underconfidence in the hush puppies (I make excellent cornbread myself so I steered clear -- waitress might have helped me dodge a bullet on that one?) We probably could fit all the vegetables from both mains into one teaspoon: a sprinkle of chopped onion hiding in the rice. I mean... veg is not that expensive nor difficult to grill... would it kill ya to throw in a cup or so for health as an automatic norm or would most of the clientele just leave it untouched if offered something green that they hadn't specifically requested? The chicken & steak was OK. Bland implacable sauce - signature blend I suppose. Noodles were indistinguishable from the insta-ramen a hungover 1st-year college kid thoroughly overboils (reboiled unknown # of times I bet), served drowning in a pool of oil. From that & the sausage I guess I got my week's worth of sodium & fat. The shrimp was actually decent. But human trashcan that I can be when hungry enough, I ate it all -- win some
lose some. Judging from other reviews maybe they do justice to some of their way more expensive meals but I'd say you can do better at home on your 2nd try for a couple of dollars. Talking to you, hungover 1st-year college kid. Hang in there.

The crab leg boil or whatever they were calling it was average in flavor but the leg(s) tasted realinly good but unless you want to spend $100 just for yourself your going to leave hungry like i did. I tiny cluster is $16.00. You get a small boiled potato and 1 tiny piece of broccoli that looks like scrap of someone's plate. Now if you enjoy loud rap music and girls screaming while you eat this is the place for you. At this age that's not the atmosphere I'm looking for at a sit down seafood restaurant, 35 yrs ago i would be there often.

Rude lack of curiosity was ask to leave due to my food being spoiled it's no hiding it I'm a caregiver and work restaurant experience 5 years I gave no attitude but attitude was given just not food material to me just more of a club
Dietary restrictions: Raw sea food is not a look on a company and it's happened more than once just wanted to make a gesture how are you still open on to the next like she told me but they need new everything staffing all

I will not ever go back to this establishment. I attended with my church group and the service was not good at all. The waitress didn't aware anyone that gratuity was added to the check but luckily I have worked in the service industry before so I saw where the gratuity had been added. Most restaurants I have been to usually circle the gratuity on the check to make the customer aware but I'm not sure of what this establishment's policy is. As for the food. It was trash. Trash is a nice word for what I was served to be honest. I ordered the Lobster combo and the lobster was so dry and unappetizing. I have never ordered a seafood bag and it had no juice or anything. 10 out of 10 would not recommend!

I had a terrible experience. The greeting lady, had the worst attitude. She was frowned up, when I walked in. My beer was warm, the corn that I ordered was warm on one side. The server came around every now and then. I was wondering why be that rude to customers and serve them warm beer and cold sides. I ordered lemon pepper wing's, there wasn't a sprinkle on them. Told the server, she brought me some seasoning. That's not how you make lemon pepper wing. There's also, not a choice to tip or not. They have the nerve to add an 18% tip. Because, they know people would not tip for that service.

Came in to interview after several back and forth messages. They were completely unprepared. Rude beyond anything I've experienced. Had literally no idea who I was and told me oh well you spoke to an automated person that was just a Google number. When I started telling them the places that I had worked starting in chronological order they said oh so you've never worked somewhere here in town. I said I literally told you I've been bartending for 22 years and I had only named the very first place that I started bartending at and she'd already cut me off twice. This is after managing in Chattanooga at several high end very fast paced places. Also 10 years of bartending in Nashville. I wouldn't work at this place if you paid me triple I certainly would never eat at this restaurant what a joke. They mentioned several times how they can't keep any bartenders or managers and by how rude they were and how absolutely unorganized they were that shows me exactly why. I would write them zero stars if possible.
