Went to Volcano for my 1st time tonight. Ashley Jones was my waitress. She was super nice and friendly. Definitely made me want to come back !!!!! Thank you girlll !!!!!!!
Paid cash for a drink here and the bartender shorted me on my change. When I asked for the rest of my change she said "we don't do change here". So I suggest you don't do business there either.

My husband wanted seafood for our anniversary, and he saw this place online, with decent reviews. We are definitely seafood lovers, but this was a disappointment. The atmosphere was good and the place is large. We weren't aware that they have a DJ later in the evening and we got there early. The calamari was very bland and chewy. The fried oysters were ok, but they didn't taste like they were made from fresh oysters. The sweet potato fries were great, and the waitress was very friendly. The tarter and cocktail sauce came in small pre-packaged packets and were just so so. Overall, as far as the food is concerned, it was a big disappointment. I don't think we'll be back.
COMPLETE RIP OFF i swear i bought one of the family seafood platters on the plastic menu they gave me it said 109$ they charged me 149$!!!! On my card And i left a cash tip i dont see how they taxed me that much money but on the menu it says 109$!! Me and my mother only ordered sweet tea and barely had left overs we finished when we got home... didn't order sides, desert, or anything else I'll never go here again they're overcharging way too if i would've known i had to spend that much to take my mother out to eat a good meal i would have never such a scam i dont see how they get away with this.

If I could I would rate this place a zero me and my friends drove an hour and half to come to this place and before we went in the “ security guards” stated we would be 25 and over … and we would ask why but they never stated as to why and proceeded to state that we would like “ Havana” better I’m not sure if this was supposed to be racist or not but their response was very much in that direction. With that being said this place was just a no from the get go. Do better guys !

Before we could even get in they told us we could go to cabana's(meaning a Hispanic and Latino place) they the two security at the door had an attitude from the get go! We let them know we just wanted to eat and they proceeded to say to tell us we needed to be 25 and up! This was the worst experience! If you are Hispanic or Latino or even against discrimination do not attend this place! BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!!!!

So we pulled up to this restaurant trying to celebrate our friends birthday. Keep in mind we drive and hour and twenty minutes away and just to come find out they are 25 and up... they didn't even let us order any food wish was so messed. We are of Hispanic descent and management was very racist to say quote@ Yawll can go to cabanas" whom are notorious for having a large Hispanic community. We were genuinely just confused because we never heard of such thing. We will never give this restaurant a second chance. Super rude and unprofessional!!

Family & friends decided to try Volcano Crab for a birthday dinner for my son. Everything was delicious! Best crab we have eaten in a LONG time! Snow Crab was plump & full of flavor. The servers were great too! We will definitely be back!
It is a seafood eatery that DOES NOT know the difference between raw and cooked oysters. I ordered raw oysters and a martini. TWICE they brought out cooked oysters and then they finally brought out raw oysters. Very sad. Apparently does not understand how to make a dirty martini... had vodka and water.... and again, Very sad. ....their REPLY was to a Marshal and does NOT make sense.... sooooo very sad.
