This bar is a very nice layout and a great atmosphere. The drinks are a bit pricey especially for a simple glass of wine priced at $14.00. I have been a few times and they do not do mixed drinks well at all! The food is something a 5 year old could make!! I mean I didn’t think nachos could be screwed up! They were basically chips with shredded cheese that was all melted in a microwave with pieces of shredded chicken that was definitely out of a can! I don’t recommend the food! Eat before you go and enjoy the scenery instead!

We stop in here time to time for a drink after work. The staff is always super welcoming. It’s not often a bar manager is so involved and helpful with their staff and guests. If you stop in, have a convo with Jeremy and Lisa, my two favorite bartenders. Both are awesome and always willing to provide a tasty drink.

I was missing the Nightlife scene in NYC last time I visited my hometown of CHATTAVEGAS !!! WXYZ hit the spot. Too cute!!!! Perfect nightcap. EVERYTHING WAS TOP NOTCH. The food was slamming. Especially those wings!!!! & the cocktails were artesian at it finest! Will CERTAINLY be back. The staff went over & beyond to keep us satisfied.

OK so no the food wasn't all that! But when I tell u I had the best time!!!!! I really did. My husband and I are truck drivers and we stopped here because we have a pick up in the area in the morning. We were going to check out Dave and Busters, which is right next door, and we went to cheese cake factory, cuz I had never been, to check out the menu. I didn't care too much for that, and b4 we went to Dave and busters, I saw wxyz. Now I love words so that really stood out to me so I told my husband we should see what it was and I do not regret it at all!!! Everyone was so friendly!!! The drinks were on point!! Shout out to Alexis, Jeremy and Brittany too. Brittany is the manager so she wouldn't accept a tip, but she made us some kind of brittanybitch! At least that's what I called mine because I didn't want coconut. But she impressed me.Definitely did that!!! We had such a great time. We sang our hearts out!!! Heard some beautiful voices and mingled like there was no tomorrow. I am definitely saving this location in my maps because this was well needed and oh! Please don't let me forget Mo!! He was the dj/karaokeorchestrator and when I say he is such a sweet heart. He is. He kept it Crunk and live the whole time. Thank u so much wxyz lounge. We had an amazing night. O and my bad, shout out to the security guard at the desk. He,too was super friendly and very informative on what we would experience upstairs in the loft.

The room was great! Nice beds, linen, & loved pillows! The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool. We would come back again if we visit Chattanooga again. Great hotel. Beautiful city.

This was a last minute trip with the family. We were greeted by Lisa who check us in with no problem. The kids love the pool with the water sprout. It was close to the mall so my wife could shop while here. Matt the bartender upstairs was amazing. We will be back soon.
My first time staying at an Aloft hotel, but not my last. The check in process was super easy thanks to Arthur and Alex. The room was nice and clean. Next time I am back in Chattanooga this will be my go to hotel.

Rooms were clean and staff were courteous. I enjoyed the beds because I slept very well. We stay 2 nights and had a really good experience. The Rooftop bar is something I never seen before at a hotel and my wife and I had drinks and enjoyed them. Definitely going back!

Bartender was great! Very friendly! BUT the food was less than mediocre. My $7.00 Mac and cheese was serviced in a coffee cup only half full. Our bacon and cheese fries were undercooked. Our pretzel bites were okay. Prices are WAY to high for the food they are serving. Love the hotel, don’t like the roof top restaurant/bar.

My family had an amazing time at the hotel. Kari and Josh are the best. They both were so friendly, polite, and understanding. Actually everyone I encountered from the staff greeted me with a smile and a warm hello. The hotel is very clean and the amenities are great. I recommend sitting by the fire pit at night.
