Sweet sweet Alicia. A welcoming smile and a busy hand. Jumping from dishes to ice to tables. Shea, noticeably new, right on her heels like she's the one to learn from. Yes ma'am she is! Food was good, conversation was good and it was nice having someone smile when the manager seemed to forget how. Thankful the hotels pancakes machine was broken and we got to have such a great morning with these two!
This is Waffle House and I realize that they were slammed because it was Christmas day and it seems most restaurants in the area were closed, but the cooks should know what 'well done' means when it comes to steak. Mine was definitely medium rare and luke warm by the time I got it. Management should spend a bit more time educating the cooks on food prep.
