“October 17th 2024, 3-3:30 PM. My family and I came in to get lunch and the cashier had an amazing personality, greeted us and over all fantastic customer service skills. When we ordered saucy nuggets for my 3 y/o niece, she wanted half one sauce and half another sauce. The manager in the kitchen at the time immediately looked up with a disgusted look and said "We don't do that, make it separate orders." Rolled her eyes and went back to work. When I asked for her name, she looked around the corner with a confrontational look on her face. GG or JJ was what I was told. I am going to make a corporate complaint about her aswell.“
“I’ve used the drive-thru at this location a few times and I’m very satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The workers are all friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is always fresh and you can tell they take care in putting together the different dishes. I use the Wendy’s app to place my orders, which is very user friendly, and accuracy has been 100% every time. I’ll go out of my way to order at this location — a better overall experience than other locations, which aren’t bad, just this one is the best in my book.“
“Great location and very friendly staff. Kindness goes a long way especially your staff not knowing we are dealing with a family crisis and picking up food for a daughter with Leukemia. She really enjoyed her fresh food prepared by the kind people at this location and we really appreciated the kindness during this trying time in our lives.“
“Lobby seems clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating available for dine in eating. The cashier was clearly not in the front and none of the 6 or so individuals preparing orders or working the drive thru took the time to acknowledge I was there and let me know someone would be with me. Up until the person working the register showed up to take my order it really felt as if they were completely ignoring the fact that a customer was waiting.“

Ordered my food , got the second window and asked if the food had pickles on it, was told yes and kindly asked if they could remove said pickles. They took the burger back and acted as if they took the pickles off and handed it back to me. Needless to say the pickles are still there and I am allergic. Your job isn’t hard, and is unfathomable that you would waste your energy pretending to do something, rather than doing it. Not everyone asks people to remove condiments just because they don’t like them, keep that in mind. Pooooor service.“
“this Wendy's is close my house..and I can honestly say it's gotten better but question is for how long.. its was a typically hit or miss depending on the crew that works there..
always check your bag prior to leaving and you should be ok.. food is normally always on point, people are friendly most nights, but sometimes they get ur order wrong. so not to bad overall“
“Have they switched two different people after drive-thru to take orders. I was very much chaos and disorganization. Some of the employees were fussing they were into it out loud. I didn't mind I understand that things happens. I just hope that they can get it resolved I hate for anyone to lose their job.“
“The friendliest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Sometimes I use the drive through, and sometimes I dine in. Either way they get my order right, always fresh and always super nice and friendly! If I have time, I will even drive out of my way to go to this location.“
“Visiting the area and the staff were friendly, fresh ingredients and bread was soft. The head cook Vincent was out walking the floor during some down time checking on customers. He is a superb employee and a hard worker who takes pride in the quality of his work. Will return to this location when in the area.“
