Lobby seems clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating available for dine in eating. The cashier was clearly not in the front and none of the 6 or so individuals preparing orders or working the drive thru took the time to acknowledge I was there and let me know someone would be with me. Up until the person working the register showed up to take my order it really felt as if they were completely ignoring the fact that a customer was waiting.

Overall good. Cleanliness was a bit lacking with visible dropped food in the floor. The consumable food on the tray, however, was good but tasted a bit more like McDonald's rather than like most other Wendy's locations.

When I first started coming to this location it was great, clean fast service polite friendly staff. Now after 6 months it has gone down hill. Drink machine is broken it is dirty. The staff is mostly polite.
